A Mayoral Visit

Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh visited the Adaptive Design Workshop. The Mayor got a hands-on tour of the good work done by our community volunteers and staff.

The Mayor took advantage of seeing the many adaptive devices that are made for children and adults in our workshop. ARISE staff , our amazing adaptive design volunteers and our friends from the Fitness Inclusion Network demonstrated and explained the benefits adaptive design can bring to people with disabilities.
