As the local Independent Living Center for Onondaga, Oswego, Madison, Cayuga, and Seneca Counties, we offer services to people of ALL ages who have ALL types of disabilities. Do you have a question or need help? Chances are, we can help. If we don’t offer a program or service that meets your need, we can also provide information and referrals to other community programs that do.

Whether you have low vision or use a wheelchair to get around, all of our offices are fully accessible.

Whether you are Deaf or hard of hearing, we provide a range of accommodations to ensure clear communication. In addition to TTY, we also have telephones with adjustable volume controls and can also provide a sign language interpreter when requested.
