Healthy Relationships
This group is for women aged 18 and older who have experienced domestic violence or who are currently in an abusive relationship. The group offers information about patterns of domestic violence, safety planning, and identifying the impact of violence on one’s life. Participants develop coping skills that support them in making healthy relationship choices.
Parent Support Group
This group is for parents who would like to learn more about child development and enhance their parenting skills. Participants learn to recognize and cope with their personal parenting struggles and gain an understanding of how to meet their children’s needs. Participants also benefit from support and social connections with other parents.
STEP to Protect
The STEP to Protect group is for non-abusive parents and caregivers who are raising children abused by another guardian. The group provides education, information, and therapeutic support in a non-judgmental, caring environment that teaches parents how to protect their children from being abused.
