 Supported Employment Program

Do you need guidance in deciding what type of job you’d like? Do you need help removing the barriers that are keeping you from working?

ARISE’s Supported Employment Program helps individuals with disabilities identify employment goals and seek meaningful employment. Our Employment Consultants work with you to develop an Intensive Services Plan that defines your employment goals, capabilities, and needs.

Supported Employment Program services include:

  • Pre-vocational activities such as assessing capabilities and interests, resume development, and interviewing
  • Addressing barriers to employment, such as needed accommodations and assistive technology
  • Support for retaining the job, including workplace relations and meeting employer expectations
