Subsidies for Rent & Utilities

Do you need short-term help paying your rent and utilities while you are waiting for other financial assistance to start?

ARISE offers two Support Services programs that provide financial assistance to people who have a developmental disability. Our goal is to help you pay bills so you can live independently in the community while you are waiting for Section 8 assistance to start.

Services include:

Security deposits
Rent and utility subsidies
Partial funding of needed home modifications
