Do you need assistance to increase your independent living skills? Would you like to get more involved in your community?

ARISE’s Residential Habilitation Services offer a person-centered approach to helping people who have a developmental disability increase independent living skills and community involvement.

Your Residential Habilitation Coordinator works with you to develop an individualized residential services plan designed to help you achieve your personal goals. You receive one-on-one training in your home to enhance independent living skills, such as:

Personal care
Preparing a meal and household tasks
Health and personal safety

You also have the opportunity to integrate more fully in your community by attending outings that interest you.
