 Peer Counseling

Do you wish you could talk to someone who has “been there, done that”?
Peer Counseling gives you the chance to talk with people who have been in your shoes and have shared some of the same experiences. Through participation in individual and group sessions, you can:

  • Discuss issues and learn from others with disabilities who are living independently in the community
  • Explore your options and solve problems
  • Maximize your ability to live independently

Peer Counseling is sharing information and creating a network of support that helps in all aspects of your life.  ARISE also offers support groups that provide information and support relevant to your individual needs and circumstances.

Our Peer Counseling services are free for people who have any type of disability. Contact us to learn more about Peer Counseling!
