ARISE’s main Oswego County office is located in Oswego, and we have a satellite office located in Pulaski. At these offices and throughout Oswego County, we provide a wide variety of programs and services for persons of all abilities and their families. Some services are available even if you don’t live in Oswego County.

Advocacy Services
As an Independent Living Center, ARISE is at the forefront of advocating for access, choice, and self-determination for people with disabilities. Our programs and services help individuals learn to advocate for themselves. We also advocate for broader, societal changes to make the community more accessible to everyone.
Independent Living Services
Living independently sometimes requires ongoing training and support. Our independent living programs and services give people with disabilities the support they need to fully integrate in their communities.
Housing Services
Finding accessible housing – or making housing accessible – is a critical component of living independently in the community. Our housing programs and services help people with all types of disabilities find affordable housing that meets their individual needs.
Employment Services
ARISE’s employment services help people of all abilities determine their own path to employment. We use a team approach that brings together available supports to assist people in finding and keeping a meaningful job.
Recreation Services
Exercise is vital to promoting healthy minds and bodies. We offer integrated, accessible recreation opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Meet new people while you participate in fun activities that build physical fitness!
Advocacy and Support Groups
Groups are an important way to get support and encouragement, share experiences, and come together to advocate for system changes. We offer a variety of groups for people of all abilities that provide the opportunity to grow, have fun, and get involved in the community.
