Vicki Keith, a professional athlete who swam along the Canadian shore of Lake Ontario to generate support for integrated recreation, is at the center of a group of children wearing t-shirts and carrying American flags. ARISE services people of all ages with all types of disabilities. We offer a broad range of services, each designed to support independent living and community integration. All of our programs are consumer directed, maximizing choice and opportunities.

ARISE offices are located in Syracuse, Oswego, Pulaski and Oneida. ARISE at the Farm is located in Chittenango. In many cases, our services are available even if you do not live in the county where the service is provided.
