 Hab at the Market

ARISE made its debut at the Oswego Farmer’s Market on Thursday, July 24, to offer crafts and baked goods made by those who attended this month’s Social Club event.

Among the vendors selling vegetables and home-grown garden favorites were the Hab department, Lee Sperino, Kate Carnes, Darcy Beers and Bonita Meyers. Crafts and cookies made by consumers were on hand for those attending the market to help raise funds for the upcoming events being hosted by the ARISE Events Committee.

Much like the May Flower dance this past spring, consumers who are receiving services through ARISE and other agencies will be invited to attend the Fall Jamboree. You can help us out by attending the Events Committee meetings to help us coordinate the upcoming dance!

Thanks to everybody who had a part in making crafts and baked goods and thank you to our volunteers! The night was a great success and we look forward to doing other fundraisers like this in the future!
