Do you or a family member have experience receiving Developmental Disability, Mental Health or Chemical Dependency services?
As part of our ongoing effort to improve service quality, Onondaga County Department of Mental Health would like to hear from you about how we can ensure high quality services for all. We will be working in small groups to discuss the questions below.
What does a high quality service look like?
- What do you look for when you are seeking services?
- How do you know that your service needs are being met?
- What do you expect to get out of receiving services?

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Where: Curtain Auditorium at the Onondaga County Public Library (Located in The Galleries at 447 South Salina Street, Syracuse)
Admission: There is no charge for admission
Parking: Underground Parking Garage, or Metered Street Parking
