Learning Tree - Living on Your Own
Description
Learning Tree is an opportunity for individuals 18 years and older, who have MR/DD diagnosis, to learn new skills. Previous participants have experienced learning new skills, socialization and have developed peer relations while getting out in the community. Individuals have the option of choosing what they would like to participate in based on the class schedule.
The Learning Tree holds three semesters a year: Spring, Summer and Fall. See your Medicaid Service Coordinator to enroll.
