Central Square Social Group
Description
The Central Square Social Group is for students enrolled in the high school transition program. It provides fun activities and social opportunities for youth between the ages of 13-21 who have any type of disability. The group meets each month at the Central Square Universalist Church, which is fully accessible.
The social Group will be celebrating our graduates with a party, so please plan to attend and have a fun time!
