ARISE’s mission is to work with people of all abilities to create a fair and just community in which everyone can fully participate.

We embrace the guiding principles of independent living – that individuals with disabilities have a right to dignity, personal responsibility, and self-determination. ARISE offers advocacy and support services to people of all ages with all types of disabilities.

  • Increasing Independence One Step At A Time.  The 2nd Annual Traumatic Brain Injury Provider Fair September 25th 2008.  Learn more about the TBI Provider Fair.
  • Free Golf Clinic for people with disabilities. ARISE will sponsor it’s 4th Annual 3-Day Golf Clinic in August.  Learn more about the Golf Clinic.
  • ARISE announces new grant from the Central New York Affiliate Susan G. Komen for the Cure focusing on Women’s Health.  This program will provide education and outreach to service providers and women with disabilities.  Learn more about the Women's Health Grant.
