Home Modification Program
Our Home Modification Programs can help you make your home accessible. These programs assist with adaptions so that you can remain in or return to your home rather than enter or stay in a nursing home or other institutional setting.
Our Onondaga Home Access Program provides funding to help Syracuse City residents make an entrance to their homes accessible. To learn more, visit our Ramp Construction Assistance page.
Our Oswego County Housing Options Made through E-modifications (HOME) program covers the cost of minor interior home modifications that become necessary due to mobility issues. This program is made possible through support from the Richard S. Shineman Foundation.
