Job Coach
ARISE has part time Job Coaching positions available in Onondaga County & Madison COunty. Preferred candidates will have experience working with individuals with disabilities in the community. Provide on the job support by creatively implementing job modifications and restructuring to ensure consumer progress and success while promoting consumer socialization skills, employer policies and the achievement of stabilization by identifying and overcoming barriers to employment. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet workers’ training needs, including some nights and/or weekends.
Required: H.S. diploma/GED and reliable transportation. Required to clear criminal history background check. Pay: $10/hour. Persons with disabilities and/or minority status are encouraged to apply.
