Director of Development

ARISE, a recognized leader in advocacy and programs with and on behalf of people having disabilities, seeks a senior director to enhance our operations. We seek an experienced professional to guide a new development and fundraising initiative.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated measurable success in attracting funding support for an organization with operating budget exceeding $10m;
Five years of relevant experience including senior supervision of a development team;
Prefer advanced degree and experience obtaining gifts at level of $100,000 or higher.

Competitive total rewards package includes a salary of $70,000, DOE. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
